Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall employ any foreigner who has no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities in the Republic of Korea.

From May 16, 2019 to September 20, 2019, the Defendant employed D (D, 32 years of age) a foreigner of the People's Republic of China who is a national of the People's Republic of China who is an employee of D (D, 32 years of age) who is a waste disposal business entity in Jeju City B, who is an employee of the “C”, who is a waste disposal business entity in Jeju City B
