Punishment of the crime

On November 23, 2014, at around 23:34, 2014, the Defendant, upon receiving 112 a report that there is a drinking value at D’s restaurant located in Tonju City, and sent to the site, the Defendant sexually insultingd the victim E, who is the victim, by referring the victim, to “I will do so by sunrise, I will do so.
