Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the driver of the 1 ton cargo vehicle B.

On January 3, 2019, at around 11:30, the Defendant parked a number 2 numer in front of the front number plate of the said vehicle with a view to avoiding parking control on the road in front of the police box within the 79 Eup/Myeon, which made it difficult to distinguish the registration license plate.
