A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

, however, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The thief Defendants conspired to use the vehicle that Defendant A was placed near, stolen, and attempted to use it together.

Accordingly, at around 06:00 on March 13, 2013, Defendant A: (a) discovered the victim’s G 1 ton cargo vehicle with a key sticked from the victim F, the victim’s G 1 ton of the vehicle parked with a key sticked, and (b) stolen the vehicle by driving the above cargo vehicle on the market and the market value.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to steal the victim's property.

2. Special larceny Defendants: (a) while getting on and off a stolen cargo vehicle as set forth in the above 1.1., the said cargo vehicle was no longer driven due to a farming route near Young-gun, Young-gun; and (b) conspired to steals another vehicle in the vicinity.

Accordingly, at around 06:30 on the same day, the Defendants discovered the victim’s J-owned cargo vehicles parked in the vicinity of the Agricultural Machinery Storage Storage of the victim I located in Yong-gun, Yong-Namnam-gun, and Defendant B reported the network in the vicinity, Defendant A opened a door and opened the dong, and cut off the 83,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. At the same time, Defendant A driven a stolen cargo vehicle as above 1. paragraph 1., without a driver’s license, from around 2 km to the road near the above F’s house to the road near the same gate.

B. On the same date and time as above 2.2., Defendant A driving a stolen cargo vehicle as above 2. Paragraph 2. without a driver’s license, from around about 20 km to the roads near the Yasan-si in the same Gunksan-si.
