Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who drives B and 3 workshops a vehicle.

No person shall cover a motor vehicle registration number plate or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, at around 15:52 on December 30, 2017, the Defendant had it difficult for the Defendant to recognize the registration number plate by pressing the industrial liquid into the lower registration number plate (hereinafter “C”) of the said vehicle on the road located in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Northerndong 140, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
