1. Basic facts

A. On September 29, 201, the Plaintiff lent KRW 30 million to Defendant B, and transferred KRW 27,505,000,000,000,000 from the above loan, to the F’s account as the representative director of the Defendant C-Limited Company (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) designated by Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant Company”).

B. From August 29, 2012 to November 1, 2012, the Plaintiff remitted total of KRW 76,391,650 to G, etc. 24 times as indicated in the following table.

C. Defendant B prepared and arranged a loan certificate for KRW 80 million to the Plaintiff (hereinafter “the loan certificate in this case”) and paid interest at the rate of KRW 1.5% per month at the end of each month. Of the loan amount, KRW 20 million at the end of January 2014 and KRW 20 million at the end of March 2014, and KRW 20 million at the end of May 2014, the remainder of KRW 20 million at the end of July 2014.
