Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00, while drinking alcoholic beverages at the D restaurant near the Busan Young-gu B apartment, the Defendant obstructed the restaurant business of the said victim by avoiding disturbance for about 30 minutes, such as “I am from the Cheongju lake and marsh, I am son, I am son, I am dead, I am son, I am son, and I am off.”

2. On March 12, 2015, at around 12:00, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol at a Fcafeteria operated by the victim E in the vicinity of the Busan Young-gu B apartment, he saw customers as “Chewing singrings, openings, and knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife,” and obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by avoiding disturbance for about 15 minutes.

3. On May 2, 2015, the Defendant, at around 20:30, obstructed the restaurant business of the said victim by avoiding disturbance for about 10 minutes, such as under the influence of alcohol from a restaurant operated by the victim G in the vicinity of the Busan Young-gu B apartment, the Defendant obstructed the restaurant business of the said victim by avoiding disturbance for about 10 minutes.
