A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 30, 2017, the Defendant driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.101% in the blood while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from C around Incheon Bupyeong-gu around 04:50 on May 30, 201 to D., the Defendant driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.101%.

2. On May 30, 2017, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) around 04:50, the Defendant reported that he/she was a person driving a alcohol on the front side of the Incheon Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu D, and was found to have been drunk by a police officer belonging to the F of the Incheon Samsan Police Station F of the Incheon Samsan Police Station, which called for the verification of identity; (b) obtained a request to present a driver’s license for the verification of identity; (c) obtained a driver’s license; and (d) obtained a resident registration number

Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.

3. On May 30, 2017, at around 05:03, the Defendant: (a) controlled the driving of alcohol on the front side of the Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) stated “A driver’s opinion statement” column with a test color pen in the statement on the circumstances of the driver’s driver’s license issued by the police officer; and (c) marked “G’s opinion statement” on May 30, 2017; and (d) affixed a seal onto the name side of “G” and sent it to the police officer.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged another person’s signature for the purpose of exercising the right.

4. On May 30, 2017, the Defendant, at around 05:05 on May 30, 2017, entered as G in the signature column as set forth in paragraph 3 at the front of Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and then issued a copy of the circumstantial statement report to the police officer who is aware of the forgery.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised his signature of a forged person.
