A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B windowone car.
On July 25, 2015, at around 16:45, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.182%, and proceeded the front road in front of Incheon Nam-gu, Incheon, into the front of the Park Park in the Southern-gu, Nam-gu.
Since the passage of vehicles is frequently frequent, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to live well with the front left, and to operate a steering boat and brake by accurately manipulating the steering system.

On the same day, the Defendant continued to go beyond the above motorcycle by the victim G (the age of 73) who was in the front of the vehicle at F on the road at around 16:47 on the same day. The victim I (the age of 25) who observed and driven the above motorcycle accident was driving the above motorcycle as the front part of the above vehicle. The victim I (the age of 25) who observed the above motorcycle accident and continued to go through the above vehicle at the right right right end of the victim I while driving the vehicle at the same time at the right end of the said vehicle at the distance of 16:50 on the same day.
Ultimately, the Defendant’s negligence in the course of performing the above duties, thereby causing injury to the victim D by the left-hand knee base in need of treatment for about one week, and causing injury to the victim L (26 years of age) who was on the above motorcycle, such as the left-hand kne base and tension, which requires treatment for about two weeks, and the victim G’s light base in need of treatment for about three weeks.
