Punishment of the crime

On July 11, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Ulsan District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 20, 2014. On November 16, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for a crime of violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint intimidation) at the same court on November 16, 2015 and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 24, 2015
