1. The reasoning for the judgment of the court of first instance regarding this case is that the reasoning for the judgment of the court of first instance is as stated in the reasoning for the judgment of the court of first instance, except where the term “2016 September 8, 2016” in the last sentence of the judgment of the court of first instance is corrected as “ July 2, 2016.”

(2) The judgment of the court of first instance that dismissed the Plaintiff’s claim on the grounds that the Plaintiff’s appeal is justifiable, and thus, it is dismissed as it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
