Punishment of the crime

On May 7, 2013, the Defendant was a person working as an employee of a bath, and around 12:45 on May 7, 2013, the Defendant brought the victim D (the victim 37 years of age) who is a guest of a bath within the police box located in Daegu-gun District Court B, and brought a dispute with charge, and caused the Defendant to go on two times the right shoulder of the victim.

As a result, the defendant put up the right arms above the right arms requiring treatment for about two weeks.
