A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Defendant

Accordingly, the defendant destroyed part of the victim's house which is not owned by the victim as a residence.

The defendant who has committed the above crimes in a state that he/she lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to emotional stability, personality disorders and harmful clothes to alcohol, etc., and needs to undergo medical treatment at the medical treatment and custody facility and the risk of recidivism.
