Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 3, 2018, from around 06:03 to 15:58 of the same day, the Defendant 112 reported centers from the residence of the Defendant of Goungung-gun C to his mobile phone in total 78 times in a total of 78 times, and took a bath to “the son.”

As a result, the Defendant’s phone call to another person without any justifiable reason is bullying by making a number of calls.
