1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 2,470,437,600 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from July 14, 2017 to June 14, 2018; and (b) the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company that runs the import, export, distribution, etc. of motion pictures. The Defendant is a company that runs the production, screening, etc. of motion pictures, and the Defendant is a producer of the motion picture “E (A)” (hereinafter “the motion picture in this case”) of the U.N. D., the motion picture belonging to the U.N. headquarters B (hereinafter “the deceased”) whose motion picture is deceased in D on February 24, 1998.

B. Around December 201, the Defendant’s representative of the film production process of the instant motion picture and the film supervising G agreed to create a film that deals with the issue of the military’s literary intent, wherein the deceased’s death is situated, and G decided to write a scenario.

G obtained on March 7, 2012 from H, the father of the deceased, for three years, consent to filming the deceased’s death, and written the film scenario in this case, and around July 13, 2012, F established the Defendant for the production of the film in this case.

After three years from the consent of H, the Defendant requested H to conclude a contract with the contents of consent to the production of the motion picture of this case on September 4, 2015. He received scenarios from the Defendant on September 7, 2015, read them, and then on September 15, 2015, the Defendant sent to the Defendant on September 15, 2015, “I would like to express that I would not agree to film the deceased’s death and that I would not actually add the name of the film appearing at the beginning of the motion picture of this case, the real name of the film of this case, and the name of the film of this case would be added to the work of creating the motion picture of this case on October 16, 2015.”
