In light of the records, the court below was just in finding innocence of the facts charged of this case on the grounds that there was no proof of crime, and there was no error in the misapprehension of legal principles as to fraud without any misapprehension of the law of logic and experience and free evaluation of evidence or failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
