A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 9, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million by the Seoul Northern District Court as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On December 1, 2019, at around 23:59, the Defendant, as a person who violated the prohibition of drunk driving, once again driven a vehicle C food 2008 while under the influence of alcohol 0.196% in the 10km section from the vicinity of Jongno-gu Seoul Cemetery to the front road of Seoul Northern-gu, Seoul.
