1. The Defendants jointly combine with the Plaintiff KRW 50,000,000, and 6% per annum from October 30, 2013 to October 13, 2014.

The defendant A, a corporation with the indication of the claim, issues promissory notes (C) dated 30,000 won at face value, additional points of the National Bank of Korea, and due date, October 30, 2013. The defendant B, the corporation sports club advertisements of the defendant B, the corporation, and the corporation have endorsed on the said promissory notes. The above promissory notes amounting to 50,000,000 won and the damages for delay are claimed on February 2, 208 (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
