Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On November 11, 2013, at around 08:49, the Defendant driven a CMW passenger vehicle with approximately KRW 1 k from the upper 815-1 to the upper 827-15 of the same roof-gu, Ansan-gu, Ansan-si, whose blood alcohol concentration is 0.105%.
