1. The defendant shall pay 100,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 10% per annum from October 1, 2005 to the day of complete payment.

On August 5, 2005, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant seeking payment of a loan of KRW 100 million with Suwon District Court Decision 2005Da20312, and filed a lawsuit against the Defendant, and on August 5, 2005, the conciliation that “the Defendant shall pay KRW 100 million to the Plaintiff by September 30, 2005. In the event that the Defendant delays payment of the above amount, the Defendant shall pay the unpaid amount plus damages for delay at a rate of 10% per annum from the day following the above payment date to the day of full payment.” The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit
