When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 16:00 on July 19, 2013, the Defendant embezzled the amount of KRW 2,895,00 by arbitrarily transferring it to other companies, even though it had been deposited in its own financial account from the operating company of the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., which it had previously attended.
