Punishment of the crime

No one shall engage in any financial transaction without any transaction of goods, etc., or actually engage in financial transaction by pretending the transaction of goods, etc. through a multi-level marketing organization or any similar organization that is comprised of persons by stages.

Nevertheless, in E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “E”) offices and 18 branch offices in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the branch head shall be the head of the headquarters in accordance with the investment attraction performance of each branch office, and the head of the headquarters shall have a multi-level business organization consisting of the branch head, the head of the headquarters, and the head of the team, such as appointing part of the investors he/she has retained as the team leader, and shall pay 5-7% of the monthly investment attraction fund to the head of each branch office, and shall pay to the head of each branch office a fee according to the ratio allocated to the head of each branch office, the head of each team, and the relevant investor recruitment policy.

From June 19, 2015, the Defendants solicited the said I to transfer KRW 10 million to the C T Bank account in the name of C (J) around June 19, 2015, by explaining that “E operated by the C representative creates profits from brokerage business through FX-related transactions, raising profits from the overseas business operated by C, such as FX M&C brokerage business, and that when investing in C’s business, it guarantees 1-3% profit dividends out of profits, and refunds the principal after one year.”
