1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company whose respective business purposes are soil construction business, etc., and the Defendant is reinforced concrete construction business, etc., respectively, in the case of a company B (the trade name was changed to “I” corporation on February 9, 2018; hereinafter “B”).

B The category of construction business shall be classified into category B, and the defendant shall use category of construction business as reinforced concrete construction business, and each category of construction business shall be classified into category of construction business, Article 8, Article 9(1) of the Framework Act on the Construction Industry, Article 7 and attached Table 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, Article 8 of the Framework Act on the Construction Industry.

(2) Matters on the specific types, scope of duties, etc. of construction business shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.

(1) A person who intends to conduct construction business shall file for registration with the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport by type of business prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Provided, That where he/she intends to engage in minor construction works prescribed by Presidential Decree, he/she may engage in construction business without registration.

The duties of construction business categories and business categories under Article 7 of the Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on the Construction Industry (Category and Duties, etc. of Construction Business) shall be as specified in attached Table 1.
