A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for nine years.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2017. 12. 31. 00:42 경 피해 자가 숙소 안으로 들어갔다가 다시 밖으로 나오자 피해자에게 차를 구경시켜 준다고 하면서 피해자를 위 숙소 앞에 주차되어 있는 G 스포 티지 차량으로 데려가 피해자의 손목을 잡고 피해자를 뒷좌석에 태운 뒤 차량 문을 잠궜다.
