Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at a restaurant located in Daegu-si B on September 26, 2018; (b) at the restaurant proprietor in dispute with the above restaurant proprietor; (c) at the restaurant, the Defendant reported the 112 details that he scam in the restaurant; and (d) took a bath to scam the face of D on one occasion, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties on the handling of the reported case.
