1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months;

2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CKa car.

On December 23, 2017, the Defendant operated the above car at around 18:07, and made the two-lane turn left at the right turn from the national road section from the same shot road to the 1st national road section of each shot line history distance, which is located in the area of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
