1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from February 14, 2019 to the date of full payment.

On December 13, 2017, the Plaintiff indicated the claim 0: (a) the Defendants, who jointly engage in land development projects, jointly with “D” on December 13, 2017, agreed to lend KRW 200 million at the interest rate of KRW 24% per annum; and (b) the due date of repayment on April 30, 2018 (the agreement to pay the interest on April 13, 2017) 0, who remitted KRW 200 million to the Defendant B (D) account on December 13, 2017, the Defendants, who prepared and delivered the certificate of borrowing under their joint signature on the same day, shall pay the Plaintiff the last interest on February 13, 2019; and (c) the Defendants,

A. Defendant B: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act, and Defendant B shall be present at the date of pleading proceeding on September 19, 2019, and shall not dispute the Plaintiff’s claim.)
