1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) Category 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1, respectively, in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff as the party is the trustee who was entrusted by the Korea Belgium Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Belgium”) (hereinafter “Korea Belgium”), the owner of each of the instant buildings, in cases where each of the instant buildings is referred to as “each of the instant lands,” and where each of the instant buildings is referred to as “each of the instant lands,” and where each of the instant lands and each of the instant buildings is referred to as “each of the instant buildings,” and the Defendant is the possessor who possessed part of each of the instant buildings.
B. On May 31, 2007, the Plaintiff Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “E”) on the title transfer and trust of each of the instant real estate owned by D (1) the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju and its ground building and the Gwangju-gu, Seo-gu, 2054 square meters and its ground building owned by the Gwangju-gu Transport Limited Partnership (hereinafter “E”).
(3) On May 31, 2007, the registration of ownership transfer was made under the name of the Plaintiff (the Plaintiff’s trade name was a “stock company” and the name was changed to the current trade name.
(2) On March 5, 2015, the Plaintiff publicly announced the public auction of each of the instant real estate on the grounds of the trust on May 31, 2007. (2) On March 26, 2015, the Plaintiff was awarded the bid for each of the instant real estate in the public auction bidding procedure (hereinafter “instant public auction procedure”), and the ownership transfer registration for each of the instant real estate was made under the name of the Korea Beloro on June 5, 2015 under the name of the Korea Beloro on April 7, 2015. On the same day, the Plaintiff was registered as a trust on the grounds of the trust as of June 5, 2015 under the name of the Plaintiff.
C. Documents prepared in the sales contract and the process between the defendant and E are the real owners of each real estate of this case, and the defendant is on behalf of D and Gwangju Transport Limited Partnership.
