Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the operation of B rocketing taxi owned by a citizen taxi company.

On April 20, 2015, the Defendant driven the above taxi on April 13:30, and continued to run the direction of the Pakistan Hospital in the direction of the Daegu-gu New Cancer-dong.

Since there is an intersection where signal lights are installed, in such a case, a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle by checking the front side and the left and right, and observing the signal.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and took part of the right side part of the victim C (the 22-year-old) driving in the direction of the new rock road in the direction of the east-do road by the negligence of proceeding in violation of the signal, thereby making it difficult for the Defendant to take part in the front part of the said taxi.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim by negligence in the above business, such as the injury of the garrgrative body and the lag of openness, which requires about 10 weeks of treatment.
