Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】 On October 2, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor and two years of suspended execution for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on March 24, 2016.
【The Defendant, as the former president of “B,” a special corporation, was in charge of the overall operation of “Daehan” established in the name of the said corporation in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul and the third floor from July 25, 2014 to December 31, 2015.
1. The defendant committing a crime upon a false request from an internal council member on November 5, 2014, where the defendant and a relative-related patient E are the same.

From around 28, even though there was no fact that he had received medical treatment at the above Han-won, he prepared a false medical record that he had received medical treatment under the name of “influenites”, and based on this, he/she received 26,680 won as the name of the medical care benefit cost from the victim from the National Health Insurance Corporation, and received 26,680 won as the name of the medical care benefit cost from the victim from December 18, 2015 through the same method from December 2, 20924, as shown in the attached Table 1 of Crimes List 2,924.
2. On November 5, 2014, the Defendant committed a crime upon a request for treatment of non-working side alcohol, where the Defendant was a victim of the instant case, F of the patient F.
7. Around December 28, 2015, even though there was no fact of receiving “non-competence” as a result of the above oriental medical examination and treatment, a false medical examination and treatment is prepared as if having received such treatment. Based on this, the National Health Insurance Corporation claims for medical care benefit from a victim to the National Health Insurance Corporation and accordingly, the victim received KRW 4,388 as the name of the medical care benefit cost from the victim and then received it from the victim through December 18, 2015 in the same way as shown in attached Table 2.
