A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[The background of the instant case] The General Assembly of the Korean Democratic Labor Union (hereinafter “the General Union”) derived a basic agreement on the structural reform of the labor market from around September 14, 2015 at the Committee on Economic and Social Development and Labor Relations (hereinafter “Labor and Labor Council”). The agreement of the Labor and Labor Council was strongly contrary to the “EA”, and the agreement of the Labor and Labor Council was strongly against the “EAA”, and was forced to take a strike against the government’s subsequent measures. However, due to the agreement of the Labor and Labor Council, the power of the people on the structural reform of the labor market was reduced as the interests of the people were relatively low.

On September 22, 2015, in order to reach the national territory and convert the heat during that period, the NAF declared that, on September 22, 2015, the NAF, against the national farmers’ association such as the Federation of Farmers, etc., which took place against the rice price decline, ratification of the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and accession to the Pacific Economic Accompanying Agreement (TPP) to the Korea-Pacific Partnership, the dissolution of the former Party, and the arrangement of the POD (THAD), etc., of the Republic of Korea-style solidarity; the NAF established the NAF Headquarters in a joint and several manner with 53 organizations, including the democratic activities against the “Rescepting of the Historical Text of the Historical Text” in the manner of jointly and severally against the 53 organizations, including the democratic activities against the “Rescept of the Historical Text of the Historical Text.” The NAF declared a total of 100 and 1010 people who participated in the NAF.

On November 14, 2015, “the headquarters for the strike in general among the public” was planned to hold a prior assembly at the relevant place by five fields, respectively, on the following grounds: (a) around 14, 2015: (b) around 16:00 on the day, the conference was held in a total of five fields; and (c) around 16:0 on the broad language square, the conference was planned to proceed with the “D regime sofarction for the public following the cancellation of the regime.”
