Punishment of the crime

[Status of Defendant A] The South Eastern Development Headquarters I of the Korea Development Industry Trade Union (hereinafter “Development Trade Union”) and Defendant B is the K, Defendant C, D, E, and F of Development Trade Union members of the Development Trade Union.

[M] As of September 19, 2008, the expiry date of the wage agreement of five developing companies, such as power generation and secondary power generation in labor unions, Korea Dong-dong Development Co., Ltd., Korea (hereinafter “Namdong Development”), Korea Seo-dong Development Co., Ltd., and Korea Nam-dong Development Co., Ltd., was December 31, 2008, and the term of validity of a collective agreement was September 19, 2008, the development labor and five power generation labor and five power generation teachers, after conducting the first rental union negotiations around July 29, 2008, hold seven times each and conclude the wage agreement with the contents of raising the wages of 3% around December 16, 2008, and the group negotiations agreed to consult in the year 2009.

On the other hand, as part of the advancement of public enterprises on October 10, 2008, the government announced the reduction of support organization and efficient manpower management, efficiency of common support manpower of power generation headquarters and power generation businesses through the consolidation of the wife and office, sliffization of common support manpower of power generation headquarters and power generation businesses through the consolidation of the wife, individual purchase of fuel for each power generation company, joint purchase of fuel, strategic operation, conversion of civil engineering and construction personnel, and development competition among power generation subsidiaries.
