1. The Defendants shall be jointly and severally liable:
A. As to Plaintiff A’s KRW 29,701,440 and KRW 14,492,00 among them, from October 19, 2014.

(b) The adjudication of expropriation on September 18, 2014 on the land of the local land expropriation committee of Ulsan Metropolitan City - The adjudication of expropriation is subject to the Plaintiff’s adjudication of expropriation: F 1,366 square meters (hereinafter “F land”), G road 14 square meters (hereinafter “G land”) owned by the Plaintiff, and G 14 square meters (hereinafter “G land”), and the date of expropriation: The date of expropriation: Total compensation for losses on October 18, 2014 - Total compensation for losses: The 298,372,000 won - The Pacific appraisal corporation, the Pacific appraisal corporation, the Pacific appraisal corporation, and the Sam Chang Chang Chang-gu Inc.
C. The ruling of expropriation on Oct. 16, 2014 on expropriation for obstacles to the local Land Expropriation Committee of Ulsan Metropolitan City: ① Obstructions described in the [Attachment A] List 1 annexed to the Plaintiff’s land owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “Plaintiff-Owned obstacles”), ② 258m2 annexed to the Plaintiff’s attached Table 2 attached to the Plaintiff’s land in Ulsan-gu H-gu (hereinafter “H land”), ③ Obstructions described in the [Attachment B-2 obstacles owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “Plaintiff-owned obstacles”), ③ Obstructions listed in the list 3 obstacles in the annexed Table 2 obstacles owned by the Plaintiff-owned in H land (hereinafter “Plaintiff-Owned obstacles”), and the starting date of expropriation: 15 November 2014: ① 87,943,110 [the research institute of Plaintiff-owned obstacles] operated by the Plaintiff.
2) Plaintiff B’s obstacles: 76,543,00 won: 146,161,000 won - An appraisal corporation, Pacific appraisal corporation, 33,00 won - An appraisal corporation, 146,161,00 won - An appraisal corporation, Pacific appraisal corporation, and 3rd Chang-si, Inc.
D. The Central Land Tribunal rendered an objection on May 21, 2015 - Compensation for losses: ① Each land of this case: KRW 298,372,00. ② Plaintiff A.
