A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From November 2004, the Defendant leased the first floor store (hereinafter “instant store”) of the commercial building located in the Namnam-gun, Namnam-gun, and operated the restaurant at the same time from C, the owner of the said commercial building.

From September 2014, the Defendant received demands from the above C to put theme store to terminate the lease relationship.

1. On November 2013, the Defendant forged a private document: “Ynam-gun, B”, “32(p) in the column of the site for a real estate lease agreement at the site of the land for the real estate lease agreement at the site of the building,” “Sari-gun,” “Sari-gun, Sari-gun, (40,000,00)” in the column of the security deposit, “Sari-gun, (40,000,00)”, and “11 (10) in each month) in the column of the lease term of Article 2, “15(10)” in the column of the special agreement, “The monthly rent on the 20th day of each month,” “2013(10) 10 (Monthly) in the building column,” “Sari-gun,” “B” and “C’s name at will,” and “C’s name at will,” in the column of the special agreement.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising authority, forged one chapter of a real estate lease agreement in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. From September 2014, the Defendant had the victim C, the owner of the instant store, asked the victim C to put the meat store to terminate the lease relationship, and around that time, would give the victim a store with the premium of KRW 40 million without any grounds.

On January 6, 2015, when the victim did not respond to the request of the victim, the victim filed a lawsuit against the defendant in the Nam-gu District Court of Gwangju, Gwangju, for the name map of the building (the name map, etc. of the building of this case) on the store of this case (the name map, etc. of the building of this case). The defendant submitted a forged real estate lease contract as described in paragraph (1) in the lawsuit against the name map of the building of this case and submitted it to the defendant for a favorable judgment, and around February 25, 2015.
