The judgment below

Part concerning the second and third crimes in the judgment shall be reversed.

The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for the crimes of Nos. 2 and 3.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (the first and fourth crimes in the judgment of the court below: imprisonment with prison labor for one year and four months, and the second and third crimes in the judgment of the court below: imprisonment with prison labor for six months) declared by the court below is too unreasonable.

2. The judgment of the court below has the record of criminal punishment more than ten times as stated in the judgment of the court below two times of suspended execution, one time of fine, and two times of punishment as stated in the judgment of the court below. The damage incurred by the crime of this case is relatively large and some of them are committed during the period of repeated crime. The defendant is recognized to have not agreed with the victim D until the judgment of the court below, but the defendant confessions and objects to the crime of this case. Part of the crime of this case (the crime of fraud against victim S, forgery of private documents, forgery of each of the above investigation documents, and uttering of each of the above investigation documents) among the crimes of this case, and the crime of fraud which became final and conclusive on January 25, 2011, the remaining crimes (the crime of fraud against victim D and U.), and the crime of the latter concurrent crimes of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, which became final and conclusive on August 20, 2012, and the defendant appears to have reached an agreement with the victim S, U.S. and the defendant's age and character, circumstances and circumstances of this case.

3. In conclusion, the part concerning the crimes of Articles 1 and 4 in the judgment of the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. Since the part concerning the crimes of Articles 2 and 3 in the judgment of the court below is justified, the part concerning the crimes of Articles 2 and 3 in the judgment of the court below is reversed
