Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 8, 2012, at around 00:05, the Defendant: (a) sustained the victim D (the age of 58) who opened a taxi box for business use in the front of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “C” and inspected the vehicles, and (b) caused the victim’s head flag on the ground that the flag was pusheded by the victim on the ground that the flag was sealed by the victim, and caused the victim’s head flag after flaging the head flag; and (c) caused the victim to feel flag by flaging the flag on the part of the victim.
