1. The Defendant is based on sale and purchase on January 2, 2018 with respect to the C cemetery 178 square meters in Jeju-si.

According to Article 996 of the former Civil Act (Act No. 471, hereinafter the same) which was in force at the time when death on January 15, 1967, Doz., based on the facts of the claim as indicated below the indication of the claim, he inherited the above land as a family heir pursuant to Article 996 of the former Civil Act (Act No. 471, Oct. 22, 1978; hereinafter the same) and upon the death of October 19, 1987, Doz. F succeeds the above land as a family heir pursuant to Article 996 of the former Civil Act, and the defendant, who was the head of South Korea, inherited the above land as a family heir pursuant to Article 996 of the former Civil Act.

On January 2, 2018, the Plaintiff purchased the above land from the Defendant in KRW 2,00,000.
