Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a tourist bus B.

On September 27, 2016, the Defendant driven the above bus around 05:23 on September 27, 2016, and led the three-lane prior to Songpa-gu Seoul to proceed along the two-lanes in the direction of the Sim-si historical distance in the direction of the Sim-gu Police Station.

Since there is an intersection where signal lights are installed at the front of that place, in such a case, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle and prevent the accident by driving the motor vehicle safely in accordance with the traffic signals.
