1. The defendant,
A. The “SBS News” program initially broadcasted after this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiff is a company for the purpose of manufacturing and selling railroad-related products, such as Leil, and it is a company that manufactures and supplies Leils, used in the construction of the railway section between Daegu and Busan, which combines the two stages of light-speed rail and the two stages of light-speed rail and the two stages of light-speed rail and the construction of the river section between Hasan and Hasan. 2) The Defendant is a company that aims at broadcasting business and cultural service business, which produces and broadcasts the “SBS News Program” (hereinafter “SBS News”) at 8.0 SBS.

The Plaintiff’s assertion indicated through the instant broadcast and the instant article that ① the second phase of the light-speed rail and the second phase of the concrete line cracks occurred in the entire sections of the subway, and ② the Korea Rail Network Authority had pointed out that it was a matter of trust and did not perform the performance test in the design phase.
However, in fact, ① the crack of the above concrete line was caused by the building-proof phenomenon generally revealed in concrete structures, and according to the joint investigation results on the cause of crack of the above concrete line, the lethroid produced and supplied by the Plaintiff is not the cause of crack.
