A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant received the summary order of KRW 3 million on October 4, 201, respectively, from the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch, for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving). The Defendant received the summary order of KRW 1.5 million on March 17, 2008 and KRW 3 million on October 4, 201.

On May 1, 2019, at around 19:40, the Defendant driven the GT Oral in the state of alcohol of about 0.073% of blood alcohol concentration at approximately 0.073% around the road near the Kimcheon-ro Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, the same 4-gilh in the same city, 9-o Kimcheon-do, Kimcheon-do, and around 200-o Kimcheon-do Office of Education.

Accordingly, the defendant, who violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in violation of the above provision.

On June 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 15:39 on June 2, 2019, the Defendant: (b) obtained the pecuniary benefits equivalent to the above amount by taking advantage of the said taxi and using the 14,200 won of the cab fee to the front line in the Kimcheon-dong, Kimcheon-si; (c) even though there was no intention or ability to pay the cab fee from the beginning; (d) as if he would pay the cab fee, the Defendant did not take advantage of the cab at a private taxi operated by the victim B; and (e) did not pay the cab fee to the Dobbbs in the same city via the fabs box in the same city operated by the victim B; and (e) did not pay 14

On July 4, 2019, at the F Hospital emergency room located in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, at around 09:58, the Defendant expressed that “I am under the influence of alcohol to G, a doctor belonging to the emergency room, who is in charge of performing duties for the treatment of patients suffering from povascular diseases after the emergency room, “I am infinite, why I am infinite, why I am infinite, I am infinite, and I am infinite, and I am infinite, I am infinite.
