1. The defendant shall pay 11,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from November 2, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff supplied goods to C around 2018, and the unpaid amount was equivalent to KRW 121,00,000.

B. On August 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) drafted a letter of warranty against the payment of the purchase price to the Plaintiff; and (b) agreed to pay the amount equivalent to the unpaid goods payment obligation to the Plaintiff by C.

C. At present, the unpaid portion out of the above product price liability is equivalent to KRW 111,00,000.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed amount of KRW 111,00,000 and damages for delay at the rate of 12% per annum from November 2, 2019 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order.

3. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
