A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Criminal facts

1. Around 17:45 on December 30, 2013, the Defendant was driving a 3.4km Ⅲ truck without the driver’s license from the front side of the Cheongdong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si to the front side of the 3.4km-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is the person who is engaged in driving of the Bwing and Class III cargo.
