1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 400,00; (b) KRW 7,00,000 to Plaintiff B; and (c) each of them, from September 18, 2013 to December 24, 2015.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On September 18, 2013, at around 21:20, the Defendant, at the main point of “E” located in Ansan-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, caused injury to the Plaintiff A, such as “brain sugar,” which requires approximately two weeks of treatment to the Plaintiff, by drinking the Plaintiff’s face at one time, while suffering from the Plaintiff’s horse dispute with the Plaintiff.
(1) A summary order of KRW 1.00,000 was issued on October 31, 2013 with respect to the crime of injury as stated in paragraph (1) and a summary order of KRW 1.00,000 was finalized around that time. (b) Around September 2013, the Defendant became aware of the Plaintiff A while working for the work, and continued to work in the house of the Plaintiffs F in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si.
Around September 18, 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against Plaintiff B, who is a minor under the age of 13, by inserting his hand into the inner body against Plaintiff B’s will. 2) The Defendant was prosecuted on the charges of indecent act by compulsion as stated in the above B-1, and other criminal facts. On September 5, 2014, the court rendered a judgment to order the Defendant to complete sexual assault treatment programs for four years and 120 hours, and to give notice of information disclosure for five years, by recognizing the Defendant guilty of violating the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a minor under the age of 13), the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, a violation of the Road Traffic Act (a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes)
[The defendant appealed against the judgment stated in the above paragraph (b)-2) of this case, but the appellate court dismissed the defendant's appeal on January 8, 2015 at the appellate court.
