A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 30, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment by the Seoul High Court for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and was released on March 29, 2013 in the Seoul Detention Center on parole on the execution of the sentence, and the parole period passed on April 29, 2013.

Social service personnel shall not desert from their service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, the defendant is serving as a member of the community service center in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City as a member of the community service center in Seoul Metropolitan City, while serving as a member of the community service center for general administration assistance, from June 8, 2015

6. Two days until September, and from July 13, 2015 to the same year.

7. Until July 17, 2015, a total of at least eight days of service, including five days, and July 31, 2015, was withdrawn without justifiable grounds.

In consideration of the fact that the criminal record of a repeated crime is not the same kind, and that the crime of this case is recognized and the depth is reflected, the term of punishment shall be determined as per the order.
