Punishment of the crime

On April 21, 2010, the Defendant sentenced 2 years of imprisonment and a fine of 150,000 won to the Suwon District Court for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on March 25, 2012.
