A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7 million and by a fine of KRW 5 million, respectively.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to operate an entertainment shop business shall obtain permission from the head of the competent Gu.

The Defendants agreed to operate “D” in Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and the second floor, to report general restaurant business in the joint name, and conspired to operate an unauthorized entertainment shop business by providing approximately 35 square meters with special lighting facilities, such as 20 tables, DJ gambling and sound facilities, lubs, LED lighting, and selling drinking and drinking to customers who visited the place and visiting DJ, while allowing them to dance in the space between DJ gambling front and the table.

1. On July 4, 2020, at around 03:10 on July 4, 2020, Defendants sold alcohol and alcohol to an unspecified number of customers who visited the said place without obtaining permission from the head of Gangnam-gu, and had DJ play music in a large sound, and had many customers who drink alcoholic beverages enjoy dancing.

2. At around July 23:50, 2020, the Defendants sold drinking and drinking alcohol to an unspecified number of customers who visited the said place without obtaining permission from the head of Gangnam-gu, and had DJ play music in a large sound and let many customers drink drinking, without permission, by allowing them to dance.

3. On July 16, 2020, the Defendants sold drinking and drinking alcohol to an unspecified number of customers who visited the said place at around 03:00 on July 16, 2020 without obtaining permission from the head of Gangnam-gu, and had DJ play music in a large sound and let many customers who drink alcoholic beverages enjoy dancing.

As above, the Defendants conspired with each other to operate an unauthorized entertainment shop from July 4, 2019 to July 16, 2020.
