1. The defendant shall pay 3,000,000 won to the plaintiff.

2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

1. On December 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) leased the Plaintiff’s KRW 304,00, monthly rent of KRW 420,000, and the lease period from December 28, 2014 to December 27, 2015; (b) the Plaintiff delayed payment after November 28, 2016; and (c) the Plaintiff terminated the lease contract as the delivery of the copy of the instant complaint on the grounds of delinquency in rent; (d) the Defendant delivered the said building to the Plaintiff; and (e) the monthly rent of KRW 3,00,000,000, the Defendant delayed payment until the delivery of the said building.
