[Defendant A] The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A is the Director General of Affairs of C as an environmental movement agent, and Defendant B is the representative of the fishing village fraternity of the E Union located in Sacheon-si.

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. On December 5, 2017, Defendants in interference with their duties interfered with the operation of the ship yard by the victim’s captain by not later than 14:30 on the same day in a way that he/she invadeds into the H, which is managed by the victim G on several lots of land, such as Sacheon-si J and M, and delivers food to the straw at a place in which the straw is operated, thereby blocking the operation of the ship yard by not later than 14:30 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly intruded on the structure owned by the victim, and interfered with the victim's duties by force.

B. On December 7, 2017, the violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint building intrusion) and the violation of the duties of Defendant A interfered with an outdoor assembly report to the Sacheon Police Station located on December 5, 2017, which was located on the 37th anniversary of Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si, with the method of demonstration “collective behavior and rescue initiative, scameting, loudspeaker, and scam,” and the course of demonstration “scam back from N parking lot to H et al.”, and the scams, loudspeakers, diskettess, and so on.
