1. The Defendant calculated 107,107,630 won with interest rate of 15% per annum from April 28, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, among the causes of claims, the term "creditor" is changed to "Plaintiff" and "debtor" is changed to "Defendant" respectively). 2. By public notice: Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act
3. The damages for delay shall be 15% per annum in accordance with the amendment of the Regulations on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings in the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings.
The claim for damages for delay in excess shall not be accepted.
