Punishment of the crime

On May 14, 2016, at around 11:00, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s construction work for about 55 minutes, such as blocking the entrance of the construction site and blocking the entry of ready-mixed vehicles, on the ground that the victim C, the head of the site, did not take any measures to store construction materials on the site owned by the Defendant at the adjacent children at the construction site, and that the victim C, the head of the site, did not take any measures to store construction materials on the site owned by the Defendant at the construction site.
